Return Policy
Canceling an Order
Once an order is shipped and the customer has been supplied with a tracking number, orders cannot be cancelled for an immediate refund. We offer a two day period to process the order, so if the order was made by mistake, you have about a 40 hour window to cancel the order. Once the product has been shipped, our standard return policy will apply if you change your mind about the order.

We provide size measurements charts for our T-shirt products. Please review the size chart carefully to ensure you select the best fit for your comfort.
If you change your mind about the purchase and want a refund, the item(s) must be returned to us at the customer expense. A refund will be initiated within 24 hours after we receive the item(s), provided the item is returned in resalable condition and are not worn or damaged.
If a package is marked as delivered from the carrier and the customer claim they did not receive the package, the customer must initiate a search for the package with the package carrier.
If you claim the item is defective and request a refund, photos must be provided of the damage. We cannot control what happens to the package after it leaves our store, therefore any damage incurred during shipping must be settled with the package delivery carrier. Customer must initiate the contact with the carrier.

- Please note, shipping fees are continually going up and as an online retailer, we do not have any recourse but to adjust our policies accordingly. So in all fairness to both the store and the customer, we offer the following return policy.
